Your admin inside your website, not in yet another piece of software

You already have a website. The management tool sits inside it: you type your password and you are in your invoices, your quotes and your customers. Nothing to install, no second subscription to keep an eye on.

Invoices and quotes

Continuous numbering reserved in the database, never a gap in the sequence. An issued invoice is never edited — it is cancelled by a credit note, which is what an inspection expects to see.

Customers

Details, VAT number, history. An accepted quote becomes an invoice without being retyped.

VAT

20 % standard rate in the UK, and nothing at all in Gibraltar, which has no VAT. The split is done line by line, not on the total.

Bookkeeping

Export in the format your accountant actually imports — no retyping, no PDFs to copy out.

Staff and diary

Who works when, and what it costs. Appointments and due dates in one place.

Reminders

An unpaid invoice comes back on its own, on the date you set.

Contracts

Your templates with the customer's details left blank. On signature the wording is frozen.

What the rules actually require

Making Tax Digital for VATVAT-registered businesses in the UK must keep digital records and file through compatible software. Your figures have to come out of your system, not off a notepad.
GibraltarThere is no VAT in Gibraltar. Import duty applies instead, and your invoicing simply must not pretend otherwise — a VAT line on a Gibraltar invoice is a mistake, not a detail.
Record keepingSix years of records in the UK. They need to stay readable and exportable, which is the whole point of keeping them somewhere structured.

We are not selling you a deadline. If you are VAT-registered, your records already have to be digital; if you trade in Gibraltar, your invoices must not carry VAT at all. The tool follows the territory you are actually in.

And if you are not a restaurant

The same tool suits a tradesperson, a practice or a shop: the same invoices, the same quotes, the same reminders. Only the rates and the wording change.
