Privacy policy

This policy explains how Ultras-Sites handles your data. It follows the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and the EU GDPR where it applies.

1. Who controls your data

ULTRAS-SITES — Tiago Alexandre Ferreira Moreira, sole trader, Avenida Doutor João Carlos Noronha 38, 1.º Esq, 5360-302 Vila Flor, Portugal (VAT number PT306288230). For anything to do with your data: contact@ultras-sites.com.

2. What we collect

• Through the form (entirely up to you): your answer (interested / not now / no), your message, and — only if you give them — your name or your restaurant's name and how to reach you (WhatsApp or email).
• Technical and visit data: a random identifier kept in your browser (localStorage) so we don't ask you twice; the page you came from; your approximate town, region and country (worked out by our host Cloudflare from your IP address — the IP address itself is not kept); your device type and anonymous usage statistics (time spent, sections viewed, use of the calculator).
• No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, none at all).

3. Why we use it

• To answer you and, if you want us to, to get back to you about the offer.
• To measure interest and improve what we offer.

4. Lawful basis

We rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (you contacted us about our offer) and on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and presenting our B2B offer. We do not rely on consent, and we never use your data for third-party marketing.

5. Who sees it

Only Ultras-Sites receives your data, as a notification sent through the messaging service Telegram, hosted by Cloudflare. We never sell it and never pass it to anyone else for commercial purposes.

6. Transfers outside the UK

Notifications pass through Telegram and Cloudflare's infrastructure, whose servers may sit outside the United Kingdom and the EU. These transfers go no further than what is needed to deal with your enquiry.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as we need them to follow up your enquiry, then delete them — at the latest 24 months after we last heard from you, unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us at any time for access to your data, or for it to be corrected, erased, restricted, or ported elsewhere, and you can object to us processing it. To do any of that: contact@ultras-sites.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), ico.org.uk, or — as we are established in Portugal — to the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Please send us only what is necessary.

10. Cookies and local storage

This site uses no cookies at all — not technical, not advertising, not third-party analytics. So we don't ask you twice, we store only a random identifier in your browser's local storage (localStorage): it is not a cookie, it is never shared with anyone, and you can wipe it whenever you like by clearing your browsing data. That is why there is no consent banner.
